Introduce TileAreaIterator
Introduce a new class TileAreaIterator, as a base class that
behaves both as a TileArea and a TileIterator over that area,
and two implementations that derive from this base class,
OrthogonalTileAreaIterator and DiagonalTileAreaIterator.
