Call OnPlaceMouseUp only for valid selection endpoints
Call OnPlaceMouseUp from VpHandlePlaceSizingDrag only for valid
selection endpoints, as no OnPlaceMouseUp override cares otherwise.
This allows to remove the point parameter from OnPlaceMouseUp.
