Introduce functions IsTrackBridgeTile in the track followers
Introduce a function IsTrackBridgeTile in each of the track
follower bases, to check for the right bridge head tile type,
and use them in the track follower template class. This way,
only the right bridge head tiles for each transport type will
be treated as bridge tiles.
