Updated Canvas
Added Blank Canvas and New Zone Canvas to each zone
Added jscolor picker to canvases.
Add js links to a_issue

Minor style tweaks
Although this file looks totally different using the Tower, there are only a few minor changes, mostly to the styling components. The last update to this file was the addition of libraries to address load errors in console log - recognize the qtips and shortcut functions, predominatly because they are called for by the base javascript file, but not neccessarily needed for this iframe.
