Support time datatype, fix lbf nation note no width in form and other layout edit imrpovements. (#1102)
* Fix lbf nation note field type having no width in form.
Added a new date time picker field type to lbf editor.
* Addition of a date time picker. Some restyle plus fixed hidden group menu due to having a fixed position class.
Re-format statement where paid amount and check # caused premature form feed.
* Styling etc
* Final. Addition of timepicker modifier for text-date data type in LBF.
Several bug fixes and brought dependencies up to date.
Restyle of editor.
