Menu and Tab tweaks
1. Menu top slightly closer stops menu “jump” issue
2. Tab Tweak A: css changes give tabs some vertical space to display the dropshadow above the tabs, mirroring the dropshadow from the menubar above, making it just look a lot cooler.
3. Tab Tweak B: tabs template change adds a border across the bottom of the section without tabs.
This commit is meant for the codebase, not just the menu_work demo…
