xboard: new recipe,version 4.2.7
*do not let the install script strip the binaries:
That permit oe to copy the binaries before stripping,
in order to create the ${PN}-dbg package
*blank ${PN}-dev package(as ddrescue and scummvm do)
*closes bug #4832
