* config/xtensa/xtensa.h (ASM_OUTPUT_POOL_PROLOGUE): Do not emit a
literal_prefix directive.
(XTENSA_DECLARE_FUNCTION_SIZE): Delete.
* config/xtensa/linux.h (ASM_DECLARE_FUNCTION_SIZE): Delete.
* config/xtensa/elf.h (ASM_DECLARE_FUNCTION_SIZE): Delete.
