* config/linux.opt: Put mglibc ahead of muclibc.
* c-decl.c (diagnose_mismatched_decls): Add -Wc++-compat warning
for duplicate decls.
testsuite/:
* gcc.dg/Wcxx-compat-19.c: New testcase.
