* config/i386/gnu-user.h (TARGET_CAN_SPLIT_STACK): Define only
when HAVE_GAS_CFI_PERSONALITY_DIRECTIVE is set.
* config/i386/gnu-user64.h (TARGET_CAN_SPLIT_STACK): Ditto.
