* config/darwin.h (ENABLE_EXECUTE_STACK): New, use getpagesize not
__sysctl.
* config/rs6000/darwin.h (ENABLE_EXECUTE_STACK): Remove.
* config/i386/darwin.h (ENABLE_EXECUTE_STACK): Remove.
