remote nc
* squash and rename language_mode_changed_hook into macro_hooks.patch
and langage_mode_hook.
* fix open/wait atom handling with pre_open_hook (i.e. use the client
request name, not the pre_open_hook altered name)
* put hooks into hooks.[ch]
* nc sends his current working directory for Untitled files
* nc sends the current window manager desktop to the server
* nc can talk to remote nedit server by setting the host and user
with NEDIT_HOST/NEDIT_USER, it prepends <local user>@<local host>: to
each file path
