vddk: Remove documentation about lib32.
It turns out VMware VDDK has not supported i686 since version 5.1.1,
which was released in 2013 (about the same time that nbdkit was born),
based on release 5.1 of VMware in 2012.
So for current versions VDDK only works on x86-64, and this removes
all other documentation.
