Makefile: Add logutils.h to logutils.o and showlog.o dependencies

Otherwise changes to the naglog_file struct results in a segfault
when testing.

nagios-reports-module is an eventbroker module that collects the bare minimum of data from Nagios required to create accurate reports of various kinds.
