dev-myrddin/mcbind: add
Note that mcbind is currently broken in upstream by commit
b31626248ea64c23d2020846e2cac1c751348b61 . To use mcbind at present, you
can try something like
EGIT_COMMIT=4da95e96e01dac40ff290b1e2cb4e9f641aea398 emerge -1 -O --ask n myrddin
emerge mcbind
emerge -1 -O --ask n myrddin
No matter.
