Updated license from GPLv3 to AGPLv3
The GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE is made specifically
for network server software (e.g. web user interfaces), so
it will better protect the freedoms of Mwamko users.
This newer license is the official GNU derivative of GPLv3.
