Be more careful when cleaning up the PATH during an uninstall

We used to remove all directories from PATH that have our installation
root as prefix, but we forgot the trailing (back-)slash.  So, if Git
was installed into C:\Program Files\Git, and PATH contained also
C:\Program Files\Git-Reloaded, we would remove the latter, too.
