Set the Git console to a TrueType font, optionally any other console, too
To make changing the codepage actually take effect, we need to use a TrueType
console font. Codepage conversion is not necessary for Git Bash, but we use a
TrueType font there, too, as it also has other advantages like more flexible
window resizing.
