Fix msys-1.0.dll with patched msys_p2w() on Vista (fixes issue 122)
This commit replaces msys-1.0.dll with a version that is
based upon MSYS-1.0.11-20071204-src and contains our patches
to msys_p2w(). msys-1.0.dll was built using src/rt/release.sh.
