GitMe: fetch HTML pages in submodule doc/git/html
Note, fetching HTML pages will not work unless master
of msysgit contains the submodule at doc/git/html.
Therefore, we need to first advance master before we
can thoroughly test this commit. I only tested it with
a temporarily hacked setup-msysgit.sh.
