Make -vo gl:yuv=2 the default for Vista+
On Windows Vista and posterior versions, DirectDraw is deprecated and breaks the DWM.
Using -vo gl:yuv=2 by default in those OSes is a good enough alternative and should prevent Aero turning off for "no reason".
If gl:yuv=2 gives you black-and-white or otherwise broken video, then you shouldn't be using Vista at all :>
