Update ffmpeg-mt submodule to libav version, support ffmpeg-mt only
Update ffmpeg-mt to latest version. This ffmpeg-mt version merges git
version of libav and changes libswscale from a submodule to a normal
subdirectory, so add some code to script/update to deal with
this. Currently only ffmpeg-mt support is maintained (not plain
ffmpeg); also add code to script/update to automatically switch
installations using plain ffmpeg to ffmpeg-mt.
