Update ffmpeg and ffmpeg-mt submodules
Improved FLAC support is now included in FFmpeg-mt too. SVQ3 video
decoder no longer refuses to run at all with multiple threads set in
configuration (which broke playback of SVQ3 if you had threading
enabled by default).
