Revert "[sdks] Make sure to run only one build per type per node"
This reverts commit b740313aa5ea20a1c19e0dbb3b3ca1c8d59b4991.
We actually want to only run one build per product on a node,
e.g. so that android-debug and android-release can't run on
the same node and stomp on each other's toolchain.
