Revert "[sdks] Make sure to run only one build per type per node"
This reverts commit a3f69d7b21c1e4d0f82b90f61f6d1c408c66eec0.
We actually want to only run one build per product on a node,
e.g. so that android-debug and android-release can't run on
the same node and stomp on each other's toolchain.
