[corlib] Lowercase and no '-' in metadata guids.
MVID and AOTID stacktrace metadata no longer displays guids with '-'.
Metadata is now also using lowercase instead of uppercase.
Changed mono-symbolicate and mono --aot to use the minimalistic GUIDs.
