Purpose

Mereo is designed to run under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.

It is optimized for low memory usage, even during file transfers. Mereo is
designed to handle multiple connections.

The application is relatively easy to use and requires very little
documentation, but when a problem occurs that is not yet documented or fixed,
please contact me and include (if needed) a screenshot and an explanation of
the problem, bug or feature request.

If you encounter some problem or you want a new feature to be added, please
contact me. However, this is free software, I can't garantuee that I have time
to add it.

System Requirements

- A 32-bit Windows Operating System or compatible
  Users of Windows 9x variants will need to install the
  "Microsoft Layer for Unicode on Windows ME/98/95 Systems", which can be found
  here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms812865.aspx
- At least 16MB of free memory

Compatibility

Windows 95 users will need to download the Windows 95 Socket 2.0 Update from
Microsoft. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/182108)
