Documentation: build_html occurs now in a subfolder. We need the figures.
Copy the figures to that subfolder.
If the figures can not be found, figurename.jpg links are created
by texinfo - and we use png files.
Now building the HTML documentation produces correct image
links.
(currently that works for the english documentation. Other
languages need more work, but I finish the work for today.)
