Fix bug #3784: Bogus list of expected test failures (lisp-only build)
In commit 94eecb50 I marked the tests that require the documentation
to be present as expected failures when Maxima is built using the
lisp-only build procedure.
This got broken in commit 3c2953c4 when changing the format of
testsuite_files.
