rtlwifi: Optimize RT_TRACE macro use of KBUILD_MODNAME for size
Moving the KBUILD_MODNAME to the format reduces the
overall object size a small amount.
$ size drivers/net/wireless/rtlwifi/built-in.o*
text data bss dec hex filename
