[PATCH] update analog saa7146 drivers mxb and dpc7146
- update analog saa7146 drivers mxb and dpc7146
- add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE entries, so that /sbin/hotplug can handle the
devices
- fixup due to the latest i2c changes
