[mod_extforward] PROXY proto and SSL_CLIENT_VERIFY
Use config directive extforward.hap-PROXY-ssl-client-verify = "enable"
to enable setting SSL_CLIENT_VERIFY, REMOTE_USER, and AUTH_TYPE using
information provided by HAProxy PROXY protocol.
