[gitconv @ Renamed withMPD to withMPDEx, and made withMPD a very streamlined interface.]
withMPD now reads its host and port parameters from the MPD_HOST and
MPD_PORT environment variables, as is standard for MPD clients. An
interface with manual control is available in withMPDEx.
