GNU binutils require a patch for the new CREATE_MEMINFO_TABLE statement.
To apply the patch:
cd binutils-2.1x
patch -p1 < ../libmeminfo/patches/binutils-2.1x.patch
Also, the files COPYING.libelf and README.libelf have been added to
the top level to avoid confusion.
