Even for the owner, try to retrieve the free/busy list from the server instead of using the one
from the local calendar object. This allows to avoid showing as busy the folders that are
"fb relevant for nobody" like shared resources (meeting rooms etc.) ... somehow it also avoids
seeing a busy period for the event currently edited (but I have no idea why the server skips that one ;)
