Revamp build scripts; setup rss-from-git.
Entire build can now be performed on one machine regardless of Windows or Unix.
On Windows, the convenience script releases/build-all.bat will interactively
lead through you through the necessary steps. Otherwise, run:
./build.sh (tar|zip) 1.2.3 git://repo.or.cz/htmlpurifier.git
