Add SExpr rendering of FFP produced AST to hh_parse
Summary:
`hh_parse` had options to produce a SExpr rendering of the full fidelity parse
tree, or of the AST as produced by the legacy parser. This diff adds the option
`--full-fidelity-ast-s-expression` to give the SExpr rendering of the AST as
produced by lowering the FFP tree.
