Add setCompressionIndex to ZipArchive functions
Summary:
When calling ZipArchive::setCompressionIndex you get an error message in hh, even though it is actually implemented (hphp/runtime/ext/zip/ext_zip.php$362). The code executes fine and the function seems to work.
