Add unimplemented instructions to semdiff parser
Summary:
There are a few new instructions that haven't yet been implemented in semdiff's parser, and a couple of
instructions that were implemented wrongly.
To guard against this happening in future, the "fall-through" case for processing instructions now fails fast on an unrecognised instruction.
