Unpublish deprecated AwaitAllWaitHandle methods from hhi
Summary: We've stopped using AwaitAllWaitHandle::fromDarray and ::fromVarray in www (they're deprecated aliases for ::fromDict and ::fromVec). Remove them from the .hhi so that the typechecker will prevent people from adding them back.
