hhi fixes for new error codes
Summary: At time of writing, 4110 (unification error) covers almost all typechecking errors. That causes problems where users can't easily distinguish and classify the errors in order to fix them. It also causes problems because error suppression comments tend to catch a _lot_ of things they maybe should since lots of things fall under a single error code. This change fixes hhi files whose error codes are changing.
