Fix parent constructor call position in parent_construct_hook.
Summary:
Fix position in parent_construct_hook to pass in the callee position as is done in the remaining call hooks.

This seems to be used only by Zoncolan. The position was always wrong, which means we never properly dealt with parent constructor calls in the past.
