Support pathname pattern expansion in convert_hack_test_inputs_base.py
Summary: Type constants are not supported by the h2tp tool and it was getting annoying
having to change this file each time I added a test case for a type constant. I
changed the script so you are allowed to use a pathname pattern such as
unparsed.
