Simplify installation/packaging
Now, each harbour install the files into an overlay structure that could
be directly copied into /uspace/dist. There is no need for the double
copying into apps/misc/... and then into uspace/dist.
Also, as /uspace/overlay exists, the need for uninstallation routine
does not exist anymore.
The change affects all harbours, but the changes usually reduce the
script complexity.
