Update greylag-solo and tests, plus bug fixes.
Update greylag-solo (was greylag-mp.py) to work with greylag-grind.
Add --job-id flag (replacing id argument), to accommodate
greylag-solo. Job id is now part of the result filename.
Update test directory, deleting outdated material. All tests
currently succeed.
Zap some old ms2+ code.
Minor bug fixes.
