Maemo 5 UI clean-ups (Settings and About)
Use a Hildon-Extras style About dialog and
replace the "Support gPodder" and bug reporting
buttons with a single "About" button. Add a
"Save" button to the settings dialog and fix
some issues with the UI as mentioned by pelago.
