Allow higher values for update frequency (bug 176)
It isn't necessary with lots of uptime that gPodder
does every maximal 60 minutes a feed cache update
and downloads the newest episodes.
This patch fixes the issue by allowing settings up
to 3600 minutes via the GUI.
