	and nodlopenmod2.c.

	* login/Makefile (distribute): Add utmp-equal.h.

	* iconvdata/Makefile (distribute): Add TSCII.precomposed and
	TSCII.irreversible.

	* Make-dist (dist): Create .bz2 file.  Add rule to create .bz2
	files.
	Also distribute xtests sources.
