Revert "t3903: Mark tests as broken on MinGW"
This reverts commit fe3238dc4c870cb865bd2862f317afeb35018267,
which worked around the bug that stash@{1} was not transfered correctly
down the command invocation chain. But this bug was fixed later, so
this workaround is not necessary anymore.
