debian/control: add Vcs-Browser: repo.or.cz/w/git/debian.git
Trying to browse http://smarden.org/git/git.git/ gives a 404 error.
The URL works when passed to git to get the latest packaging, but to
users new to git, the lack of browsable interface can be confusing.
Point to repo.or.cz for that. This clone is maintained by a script
that fetches from Gerrit's repository on smarden.org once per hour and
has been well maintained in the past, so it seems safe to rely on it.
